2008 PROGRAM YEAR

On January 1, 2008, EGSI Texas will begin program year 2008 to pay incentives
to Energy Services Companies and other Energy Efficiency Service Providers for
a wide variety of projects that improve the energy efficiency of residential,
commercial and industrial customers.
Entergy will administer incentive programs in a market based,
non-discriminatory manner, and will ensure that all customers in all customer
classes have a choice of, and access to, energy efficiency improvements to
reduce energy consumption.
